Biazzo Lasagna

Serves 6-8
1 lb. Lasagna Noodles
3 lb. Biazzo Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
1 lb. Biazzo Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
¾ cup Grated Romano Cheese
1 qt. Marinara Sauce
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat over to 375°F

Mix Biazzo Ricotta Cheese, eggs, ½ cup romano cheese, parsley, and salt and pepper until well mixed.

Follow directions for cooking noodles. When noodles are almost fully cooked, drain, run cold water over them, and drain again.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a 9” X 13” baking pan. Lay flat a layer of 3 sheets lasagna noodles, a layer of Biazzo Ricotta Cheese, a layer of Biazzo Mozzarella Cheese, a layer of marinara sauce (and grated romano cheese, if desired) and ending the final top layer of lasagna noodles with 3 sheets, marinara sauce, Biazzo Mozzarella Cheese and grated romano cheese.

Cover baking pan with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 30 minutes or until Biazzo Mozzarella Cheese is melted. Before serving let pan set outside oven for 15 minutes, and then serve. When serving use marinara sauce to top each serving, if desired,
