Ricotta Toast

Serves 4


15 oz. Biazzo Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese

2 tbsp. honey, plus more for serving

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. ground black pepper

4 slices hearty bread, toasted

2 red pears, sliced

½ cup pine nuts, lightly toasted

Fresh thyme, for serving


  1. In a bowl, combine 1½ cups (12 ounces) Biazzo Part Skim Milk Ricotta Cheese, honey, salt and pepper; mix well.

  2. Spread the ricotta filling evenly over the toast; cut the toast on a diagonal.

  3. Place the pear slices over the Biazzo Part Skim Milk Ricotta Cheese and sprinkle with the pine nuts.

  4. Drizzle the toasts with some honey and garnish with thyme.
